Mr. Brannon has responsibility for Treasury/Portfolio Management, Insurance, Capital Financing, and Real Estate Management. Mr. Brannon has been an employee of Ochsner Clinic Foundation (OCF) for over 36 years, serving as Controller, Vice President and Director of Finance, and Executive Vice President, Director of Finance & Treasurer. Prior to joining Ochsner, Mr. Brannon was a manager with Haskins & Sells (presently Deloitte & Touche LP) where he worked for more than eight years. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Mississippi State University in 1966. He is a member of Financial Executives International, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and President of the World Trade Center of New Orleans. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Christian Health Ministries Foundation.
