Chief Executive Officer - Ochsner St. Anne General Hospital
Milton Bourgeois, Jr. has been the CEO of Ochsner St. Anne General Hospital since April, 1988. He has served on the Louisiana Hospital Association Board since 2004, and is currently chair-elect of LHA.
Mr. Bourgeois received his BS from Louisiana State University, and an MBA from Nicholls State University.
He is currently is a Board member of the LHA Trust Funds and Hospital Services of Louisiana. He is also a board member of Ochsner Bayou, LLC.
He is the past President of LHA Southwest District, LHA Bayou District and is presently chair of the LHA Legislative, Regulatory and Policy Council. He was the managing partner of Bayou Labs, LLC and has been a board member of Louisiana Rural Health Association, HOSPAC, South Louisiana PPO, United Way, Crimestoppers, The Chamber of Lafourche and the Bayou Region, St. Mary Nativity School, Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners and Lafourche Hospital Service District No. 2. He served 4 years in the U.S. Army as a Nuclear/Special Weapons Officer
Prior to joining Ochsner St. Anne General Hospital, Mr. Bourgeois was a corporate officer of a multi-state engineering company. He was also a co-owner, and served as board chairman and general partner of two oilfield service companies.
Bourgeois and his wife, Ann, have been married 41 years, and have one daughter.
