Chief Executive Officer - Ochsner Medical Center - Kenner
Paolo Zambito is the Chief Executive Officer of Ochsner Medical Center – Kenner. Prior to his current position, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, Critical Care Director at Kenner Regional Medical Center. Paolo has also worked at Charity Hospital of New Orleans as a SICU Manager.
Paolo is a member of the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana. He has served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors National Kidney Foundation of Louisiana. He is a recipient the “Great 100 Nurses of 2000” award and is an affiliate of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Paolo attended the University of St. Francis and received a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration and received his Bachelor of Science degree. He attended Charity Hospital School of Nursing and received his RN diploma.
Paolo is originally from Windsor, Ontario (Canada) and attended high school in the New Orleans metro area.
