Chief Executive Officer - Ochsner Medical Center – West Bank
Travis Capers joined Ochsner Health System in 2011 and is the Chief Executive Officer of Ochsner Medical Center – West Bank. Prior to joining Ochsner, Travis was the Chief Operating Officer of HCA-Southern Hills Medical Center. He was also Associate Administrator of HCA-Capital Regional Medical Center.
Travis is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). He has served on the Board of Directors of First Steps.
Travis attended the University of South Carolina, School of Public Health and received a Master of Health Administration degree and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina, where he graduated Cum Laude.
