The Liver Transplant Support Group meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 11 am - noon in the Clinic Board Room at Ochsner Medical Center, except for October which will be scheduled at a later date. Speakers will be announced as the dates of each meeting get closer, but upcoming topics include Herbal Medications; Heart Health; Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency; Longevity in the Transplant Patient; Mental Health; Nutrition and more! These support groups are a great environment to share stories and learn from transplant patients’ experiences.
