At more than 12,500 employees strong, Ochsner has the human resources to make an incredible, lasting change in the communities in which live, learn, work and play. In fact, Ochsner is a vital resource to the communities we serve. Operation Outreach is a tool to help harness that potential and direct it into meaningful volunteer opportunities for Ochsner employees which directly benefit the community.
Operation Outreach is an online, searchable database of volunteer opportunities designed to engage Ochsner employees and get them involved in their communities. It offers a multitude of events, some sponsored by Ochsner and some not, from which to choose. All events help promote the health and well-being of our communities helping Ochsner achieve one of our six imperatives - Community: Serving the greater need.
