She's so supportive and just great overall!

Every day my husband and I remember how Dr.Band came to my room after I delivered and told me this was a friend to friend visit, not a doctor call. She performed my C-Section and took my Jude out into this world. She said we made her day and it was people like us that made her job worth it, and then she hugged me warmly. She has no idea that it's people like HER that make our world bright. I truly appreciate her and am very honored to have had her as my doctor. Love and respect, [omitted]

After finding out I had a serious condition, I was very apprehensive about seeing ANY doctor. She took time to discuss my situation, helped us together decide my course of treatment. She showed genuine concern and made sure my procedure was not unpleasant.

She explained everything to me and gave me the benefits and drawbacks of all my options. She was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Band truly is the best doctor I've ever had. She makes you feel so comfortable and heard. She tretas you like a friend and truly cares. She's delivered my first two babies and will be delivering my third this summer. I highly recommend her and wouldn't go to anyone else!

I recommend Dr. Band to every woman I know! Super helpful and informative, relaxed demeanor, I feel comfortable asking her anything. Never makes me feel rushed, and I feel like she really cares.

Dr. Band is an excellent physician. I can truly say that I trust her with my life as well as my [omitted] daughter's life. Though the wait times are usually long (she is frequently overbooked), she is well worth the wait! She has laughed with me and cried with me. She listened to me when I thought I had a kidney stone (I was sent to her from ER) and I DID have a kidney stone and spent 4 days in the hospital. She spends time in the room with you to make sure you understand everything. She asks "Do you have any questions for me?" EVERY time I see her. She explains what she is looking for when she orders certain tests and labs. I have never felt so respected, valued, and comfortable as a patient. I only wish that she was my doctor for my first pregnancy! I recommend her to all of my friends and colleagues (I am an ICU nurse). The support staff has always been pleasant and accommodating. The waiting rooms are always clean. I will say I prefer Mid City simply to avoid the parking at Baptist.

Always kind and patient. I never feel rushed and she genuinely cares about me as a WHOLE person, not just a patient.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Band’s for years, from when I was going in for routine gynecological exams, to trying to conceive, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She and her team have always been incredibly responsive, and she has outstanding bedside manner. She rarely seems rushed or trying to end the appointment quickly, which is very rare, especially considering how busy I know they are. She has always taken the time to talk through my concerns and explains things in an easy to understand, but thorough way. I recommend her to all of my friends and family who are in need of an OBGYN.

I am so glad to have found Dr. Band. She took the time to listen to my concerns and within the hour I had a set of labs scheduled. I felt treated like a person and not just one more patient.

Even though no one really enjoys these kinds of appointments, I felt comfortable and welcomed at this office. The staff are all very attentive, friendly, and helpful.
