Charles Matthews, MD

Dr. Matthews is board certified in Diagnosti Radiology by the American Board of Radiology with 40+ years experience practicing with Ochsner Medical Foundation. He completed additional training in Radiologic Pathology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington, DC and a fellowship in ultrasound and computed tomography with Ochsner Medical Foundation. His clinical work is focused on chest radiology and includes general radiology._x000D_Dr. Matthews is engaged in research and education and has several publications and presentations from his research activities. He is actively involved with Ochsner's postgraduate educational program and is a past recipient of the Outstanding Physician and Teacher of the Year awards from the Department of Radiology. Dr. Matthews works part time on a limited schedule.
