Party under the starts at the Moonlight & Miracles Gala on November 14, 2014 on the turf of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. The event will benefit programs at the Ochsner Cancer Institute, which provides multidisciplinary care for adults and pediatric cancer patients. Last year, we raised $400,000 to support cancer research and a survivorship event. This year we are recognizing the entire spectrum of cancer - addressing this disease in its many forms, while celebrating the fallen and the survivors.
Over the past few years, Ochsner's Tree of Life has grown into an annual symbol of hope and benevolence for families. We invite you to share in this year's celebration by purchasing a Tree of Life ornament or by making a donation. All gifts through Tree of Life will support Ochsner's patient assistance programs.
Ochsner Health System presents the world's only King Cake Festival - a celebration benefitting babies and children at Ochsner - on January 25, 2015. Spend the day strolling Champions Square and sampling New Orleans's finest King Cakes from the City's greatest bakers.
The Benefactor Dinner celebrates the loyal and generous members of the Benefactor and Heritage societies each year through a special dinner and presentation by invitation only.
We invite you to join our Krewe of Hope for a special celebration in a city that knows a thing or two about endurance, hope and survival. And in true New Orleans fashion, it will be a celebration like no other - as we come together on National Cancer Survivors Day to celebrate you and your guests, and those who refuse to let cancer take away their will to live joyfully.
