Dr. Dowling earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania and his M.D. and M.P.H. degrees at Tulane University. He completed his Radiology Residency at Ochsner. Dr. Dowling is board certified in Radiology and joined the staff at Ochsner in 2006. His professional interests include breast imaging and interventional radiology.
