Dr. Opoku-Boateng completed her undergraduate studies at Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama, then her medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California. She completed her General Surgery Residency at Ochsner Clinic Foundation.
