Ms. Andrea Cothern received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Louisiana State University, before pursuing a career in nursing. She received her graduate degree in nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA, in 2003. She has worked as a nurse practitioner since 2003 and has been with Ochsner since 2007. Ms. Cothern is board certified as a nurse practitioner in Family Practice. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners. She practices at Ochsner Clinic Mid-City location full-time.
