Dr. Huff received his medical degree at the University of Tennessee in Memphis in 1969. Later, Dr. Huff earned his Masters Degree of Public Health Administration in 1985 at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Huff completed his orthopedic surgery internship and residency at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Philadelphia. He then completed a fellowship in pediatric orthopedics at the Alfred J. Dupont Institute in Wilmington, Delaware. In addition, he completed post-graduate training at New Jersey University of Medicine and Dentistry in 1989. Dr. Huff is board certified in orthopedic surgery, preventative medicine, and by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. Prior to joining Ochsner, Dr. Huff practiced at Huron Regional Medical Center in Huron, South Dakota.
