Dr. Snyder earned his medical degree from Wayne State, where he was AOA. He completed his internship and residency at Texas Childrens Hospital in Houston, Texas. He also completed a pediatric cardiology fellowship and received subspecialty training in electrophysiology at Texas Children's Hospital as well. For the past four years, Dr. Snyder has practiced as the Pediatric Electrophysiologist for Yale University School of Medicine. His areas of interest include pediatric arrhythmias, palpitations, syncope and rhythm distrurbances in adults with congential heart disease. He performs electrophysiology studies, tilt tables, exercise stress tests and implants pacemekers and defibrilators. Dr. Snyder also sees patients in Monroe and Baton Rouge. Dr. Snyder is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. He has been on staff at Ochsner since spring 2004 and practices at Ochsner for Children. '
