Dr. Milburn earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University and her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan. She completed her internship and residency at Ochsner, followed by an additional year of fellowship training in breast imaging and intervention studies at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Milburn is board certified in diagnostic radiology and has been on staff at Ochsner since 2001.
