Dr. Broussard earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center - New Orleans and he completed his internship and residency at Ochsner Medical Center. Dr. Broussard is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and has passed the National Board of Echocardiography's Examination of Special Competence in Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography. Dr. Broussard is currently the Deputy Residency Program Director as well as the Director of Medical Student Education within the Department of Anesthesiology.
