Dr. Galarneau received his medical degree from Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He completed his internship and residency training in psychiatry at New York Presbyterian Hospital- Cornell where he served as chief resident. He is board certified in psychiatry and has been on staff since July, 2006. Dr. Galarneaus areas of special interest include substance abuse and alcoholism treatment.
