Elizabeth earned a bachelor's of science degree in Nutritional Sciences from Louisiana State University. In 2009 she completed the Dietetic Internship at the South University and A&M College in Baton Rouge. She is registered by the American Dietetic Association and licensed as a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist by the Louisiana Board of Examiners in Dietetics and Nutrition. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Louisiana Dietetic Association. She has previous experience working as an inpatient dietitian for St. Elizabeth Hospital in Gonzales and remains active in serving the community through volunteer work.
