A Manhattan, New York native, Dr. Ginsberg graduated cum laude in biology from Tulane where he also earned his medical degree and completed his internship, residency and fellowship. Dr. Ginsberg is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal/perinatal medicine and has been on staff at Ochsner since 1987. He is the Medical Director of Ochsner's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Tulane. Dr. Ginsberg has written chapters for medical textbooks on neonatology and has published scientific medical articles in the New England Journal of Medicine, the Journal of Perinatology and Clinics in Perinatology among others. Dr. Ginsberg's professional interests include the management of apnea of prematurity.'
