Heather Crawford earned her Physician Assistant Certification in August 2003 at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. Ms. Crawford brings many years of Adult Primary Care experience with her in managing acute and chronic conditions, occupational injuries, dermatological and gynecological procedures. She is a member of the Amercian Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). Ms. Crawford will practice at Ochsner Health Center-Slidell.
