Dr. Newcomb earned his medical degree from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Following graduation, he completed his residency training in Family Practice at the Earl K. Long Hospital in Baton Rouge. Dr. Newcomb practices at Ochsner Health Center Slidell. He has been on staff at Ochsner since 2006 and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
