Dr. Lewis received her medical doctorate from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She completed her orthopedic surgery residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center in 1997. After which, Dr. Lewis completed a fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. She practiced in Baton Rouge for eight years before moving to DeRidder. Dr. Lewis is also board certified.
