Dr. Desse earned his medical degree from the University Medical School of Haiti where he also completed a residency in Orthopedic Surgery. He later completed an internship and residency internal medicine at Tulane Medical Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and joined the Ochsner staff in 2007.
