Dr. Montelibano earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans where he also completed his residency training and served as Chief Resident in Pediatrics. He completed is fellowship in allergy and immunology at LSU New Orleans. He has special interests in treating eczema and evaluating patients with recurrent infections. He practices at Ochsner Baptist Medical Center, Ochsner for Children in Metairie, and Ochsner Childrens Health Center.
