Dr. Hightower earned his medical degree from the Tulane University Health Sciences Center. Following graduation, he completed his internship and residency at Charity Hospital of New Orleans and Tulane, respectively. Dr. Hightower specializes in neurology. Dr. Hightowers areas of special interest include headache, peripheral nerve disease and cerebrovascular diseases. Dr. Hightower practices at Ochsner Health Center- Covington.
