Ms. Casey Coe earned her master’s degree is speech language pathology at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1979. She has worked in clinical, educational, private practice and academic settings. Ms Casey Coe came to Ochsner Medical Center in 2006, working in the speech pathology outpatient clinic at the main campus, specializing in diagnosis and treatment of voice disorders. She also serves adult patients with neurological speech-language disorders and swallowing disorders. Ms Casey Coe is certified in Vital Stim therapy, using neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the treatment of dysphagia. Ms. Casey Coe is a member of the American Speech-Language- Hearing Association and the Louisiana Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She has received awards in Continuing Education from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and A Distinguished Service Award from the Massachusetts Speech- Language-Hearing Association.
