Dr. Sprintz earned his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine of Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. He completed his internship in Family Practice at Advocate-Christ Hospital and trained for his anesthesia residency at both Johns Hopkins and the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Fl. He did a post-doctoral in Biomedical Nanotechnology at the Ohio State Unversity. He has been on staff at Ochsner since 2007.
