Dr. Tulsi N. Bice received her undergraduate degree from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. She then earned her M.D. degree from Louisiana State University School of Health Sciences in Shreveport, Louisiana. Following this, she completed her Internship at Louisiana State University School of Health Sciences in Shreveport, Louisiana and Residency at University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. She received her Ph.D. in Cell Biology & Anatomy from Louisiana State University School of Health Sciences in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. Bice is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and has been on the staff of Ochsner since 2003. Dr. Bice’s special medical interests include electrodiagnostic medicine and pain management.
