Peggy Bolton received her Master's degree as a nurse practitioner from Loyola University, New Orleans, Louisiana, in 2003 and her undergraduate from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, Lafayette, Louisiana. Mrs. Bolton is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and hold certifications in Advanced Diabetes Management and Diabetes Education. Her area of special interest is management of diabetes and hyperglycemia in the hospitalized patient. She currently serves as Director of the Endocrine Department Intensive Insulin Program.
