Graduate of the U.S. Army Academy of Health Sciences Physician Assistant Program 1982. Worked in emergency medicine and primary care from 1982 – 1985. Exclusively worked in orthopaedics 1986 to present and at Ochsner since 1999. Presently: Lead Physician Assistant, Ochsner Health System since 2001; Chairman, Governor’s Physician Assistant Advisory Committee to the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners since 2005; Acting Chairman, Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants Government Affairs Committee; Member, American Academy of Physician Assistants Government Affairs and Reimbursement Committee. Past President of the Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants; founding member and Past President of the Rochester Regional Physician Assistant Association, Rochester, N.Y.
