Dr. Monier earned her medical degree from LSU and completed her internship and residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis at Le Bonheur Childrens Hospital and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. She completed her fellowship in pediatric critical care at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. Monier is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric critical care medicine. Her professional interests include pediatric transport and the use of mitogen-activated protein kinase inhibitors on iNOS and TNF and their potential role in the treatment of septic shock.
