Dr. Quinet earned his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College and completed his internship, residency and fellowship training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Quinet holds Diplomate certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Rheumatology and the American College of Physicians. He is also certified in clinical densitometry. Dr. Quinet is the Director of Ochsner's Rheumatology Fellowship Program and holds Clinical Assistant Professorships at LSU and Tulane. Among his many professional obligations, Dr. Quinet serves as the Chairman of the Southern Medical Association's Rheumatology Section and is the Chairman of the Louisiana Rheumatism Society. An active researcher, Dr. Quinet has authored numerous scientific articles and book chapters.
