Dr. Dale graduated from the University of Louisiana in Baton Rouge and earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-Shreveport in Alexandria, Louisiana. Dr. Dale is board certified by the American Academy of Family Practice and joined the staff in April 2006. Dr. Dale's expertise is primary care for all ages and both genders. His special medical interests include diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, high cholesterol, allergies, colds, pneumonia, asthma, COPD, and sprains/strains.
