Dr. Panepinto earned his bachelor's degree (with a double major in biology and chemistry) under a 4-year Leadership Scholarship at Troy State University in Troy, Alabama, and earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Temple College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was elected a 4-year Student Delegate to the American Podiatric Medical Association and was awarded for his service to the American Podiatric Students Association in 1998.
After graduating, Dr. Panepinto completed a 2-year residency program in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Mercy Suburban Hospital in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Dr. Panepinto has special podiatric medical interest in diabetic foot care, biomechanics/arch supports (orthotics), sports medicine, and in-office conservative and surgical treatments to remove and prevent recurrence of ingrown toenails and plantar warts. Outpatient surgery options are available for many procedures for chronic heel pain, spurs, hammertoes and bunions. Dr. Panepinto practices at Ochsner Health Center - Kenner. Dr. Panepinto is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
