Dr. Schabelman earned his medical degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  In 1977 he completed his residency in Cardiology at the Buenos Aires Argerich Hospital.  He also completed a fellowship in Cardiology at the University of California in San Fransisco and Loma Linda University Medical Center.
