Sy Dupre earned his PA degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, LA in 2003. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy from Northeast Louisiana University in 1997 and is currently certified by National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy. His post graduate experience includes orthopedics, emergency medicine and pain management. Mr. Dupre is currently involved in student instructional courses and workshops at Our Lady of the Lake Physician Associates Program. He is a member of American Association of Physician Assistant, Louisiana Association of Physician Assistant, American Occupational Therapy Association and American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
