Ms. Peevy earned her master’s degree in speech-language pathology at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 1988. She completed her Clinical Fellowship at Ochsner Clinic Foundation and has been a practicing speech-language pathologist there since 1989. In 2006, she became a Senior Speech Pathologist. Ms. Peevy is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Cleft Palate Association. She serves pediatric and adult patients on an individual basis and as part of multi-disciplinary teams including the Cochlear Implant Team, the Craniofacial Team, and as coordinator of the Velopharyngeal Inadequacy Clinic.
