Appointments and walk-ins are welcome during the following hours:
- Wednesday and Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Every other Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Cashiers
Available Monday through Friday in the hospital lobby on the first floor from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Meditation Room
This quiet room is located on the hospital’s first floor and is open 24 hours a day.
Information Desks
Located in the main entrance lobby of the hospital Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. For more information, call 504-468-8600.
Lost and Found
Inpatients should consult their nurses. For visitors, contact the security department at 504-464-8077.
Outgoing Mail
For outgoing mail, please ask your nurse for assistance. There are drop boxes between the hospital and medical office building.
Newspaper
The Times-Picayune vending machines are located in the hospital lobby.
Restrooms
There are also restroom facilities on each patient floor of the hospital and in the clinic near the elevators. Infant changing stations are located in several men’s and women’s restrooms as well.
