Keeping a Spring in your Resolutions
March 25th
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
4th floor conference room at Ochsner Health Center – Summa (9001 Summa Avenue)
Sarah Dulaney, MSW, LCSW – Ochsner Social Worker will offer tips for staying motivated to achieve weight loss goals.
Weight Loss Support Group meetings are free to anyone enrolled in an Ochsner Health and Weight Loss Program and $15 for the general public. Anyone interested in losing weight or seeking support in their weight loss efforts is invited to participate.
