Holiday Blues – Grief and Loss

The holidays can be difficult for many due to grief and loss. Dana delaBretonne, LPC, will discuss the difference between feeling blue and true depression, as well as the triggers for feeling blue, how to address the blues, warning signs of depression and red flags for dangerous coping skills.

Road Trip: The Victory Belles Magical, Musical Christmas

Depart from Ochsner Medical Center – Baton Rouge at 8:00 am and return at 5:00 pm
Celebrate the holidays with your GO friends and the Victory Belles. The Victory Belles will fill the Stage Door Canteen at the World War II Museum in New Orleans with the sounds of season including favorites such as I’ll Be Home for Christmas, Santa Baby, Jingle Bells and more. Attendees will also enjoy a buffet lunch by Chef John Besh.
Cost is $65 per person and includes transportation and lunch.
