Hospital Director Wins Health System Award
RACELAND – Ochsner St. Anne General Hospital congratulates Terry Bourgeois, Director of Cardio/Pulmonary, on being named the Ochsner Health System Clinical Management Leader of the Year. Terry was recognized for his leadership roles as Leader of the Management Engagement Team and the Employee Engagement Team. In addition, he leads the Ochsner St. Anne General Hospital Employee Giving Program and teaches the service module of the new employee orientation. Terry is also a member of the Ochsner Health System Ignite Team, which is made up of leaders and employees from throughout Ochsner and is designed to improve communications and strengthen connections.
The annual Spirit of Ochsner Leadership awards program acknowledges leaders, physicians and teams who demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities and contributions to their profession, Ochsner or the community. Ochsner Health System employs more than 13,000 employees throughout southeast Louisiana.
