WHAT: Ochsner West Bank invites the residents of Plaquemines and surrounding communities to an open house at our Belle Chasse Health Center! In an area where physician resources traditionally have been scarce, Ochsner’s Health Center offers primary care for patients age 3+ as well as After Hours Urgent Care.
Our open house and preventative healthcare event will offer the following:
• Flu shots will be available; bring your insurance card
• Free screenings: BMI, blood pressure, glucose and nurse consultations
• Meet and greet with physicians Dr. Amanda Fontenot and Dr. Shari Rodgers
• Tours of the facility
• Sign up for MyOchsner (online patient tool), Golden Opportunity and Volunteer Services
• Brunch refreshments and door prizes, including an autographed Saints football
