As part of its continued effort to help moms-to-be and siblings of newborns, Ochsner Health System is offering various classes at its Kenner campus. The following is a list of classes scheduled for June 2011:
Childbirth Classes
All classes will be held at Ochsner Medical Center - Kenner, 180 West Esplanade Avenue. The prenatal classes will be in the Creole Room on the 1st floor of the hospital.
Classes are from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Wednesday, June 15th
Wednesday, June 22nd
All the classes are free to Ochsner patients. Registration is required.
Breastfeeding Class
Ochsner will host one class in June on the topic of breastfeeding:
Wednesday, June 29th
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Location: Ochsner Medical Center - Kenner, 180 West Esplanade Avenue. The class will be in the Creole Room on the 1st floor of the hospital.
The class is free of charge to Ochsner patients. Registration is required.
