Raceland, LA – On Thursday, July 22, 2010, from 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Ochsner Saint Anne General Hospital will host a FREE Women’s Social, focusing on the stage of a woman’s life, in the hospital cafeteria. This social event is open to the public and offers attendees the chance to ask questions of Ochsner St. Anne Physicians, learn about Women’s Health and enjoy free special features such as chair massages, health screenings and self-defense demonstrations from the Lafourche Parish Sherrif’s Office. Future moms can also take tours of Ochsner St. Anne’s newly renovated Labor & Delivery suites and check out illustrations of the four-dimensional ultrasound technology available at the hospital.
Ochsner St. Anne physicians will be at the event to answer questions and to discuss several topics related to Women’s Health, including:
- Birth Control
- Hormones and Stress
- Breast Health
- Pregnancy
- Headaches
- Diabetes
- Preventive Health
- Colorectal Health
The social will highlight what Ochsner St. Anne has to offer women of all ages, accompanied by tasty refreshments and great door prizes!
