Dr. Parks discusses colon and rectal cancer. Colorectal cancer is the 3rd most common cancer worldwide as well as in the US. It is more common in men vs. women. The main different between colon and rectal cancer are the treatment and management plans.
Colonoscopies are a good screening method, especially when a patient presents with symptoms.
