Make an Appointment
To become a patient, you can make an appointment directly, if your insurance permits, or your physician may refer you to us. Every effort is made to schedule your appointment in a timely, efficient manner. To schedule an appointment, call us at (504) 842-3910 or (866) 562-4763 or click here to request an appointment online. If you are seeking a second opinion, a report will be sent to your referring physician. Patients are seen in the out-patient clinic at the main Ochsner campus in New Orleans on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments with cancer specialists are available at Ochsner Clinic of Baton Rouge. Many of our satellite clinics offer laboratory and x-ray services. If you need to change a scheduled appointment, please call to cancel, preferably at least two days in advance, and reschedule as soon as possible.
Patient Information
If you have any questions or concerns after your Clinic visit or anytime during your care at Ochsner, call your doctor's nurse. You will be given the phone number when you visit your doctor in the Clinic. Our nursing staff serves as a primary source of information and will help you make initial contact with Ochsner, or arrange a consultation with an Ochsner physician.
