Health Risk Appraisal
The Health Risk Appraisal assesses each worker's medical and family histories, diet and exercise schedule, as well as use of tobacco and alcohol. This information is then used confidentially to target your company's health risks and develop intervention programs aimed at reducing them.
Worksite Screenings
On-site medical screenings by Ochsner's wellness professionals are used to identify potential health problems. Screenings available at the worksite are listed below:

- Glucose
- Blood Pressure
- Height/Weight/BMI
- Vision
- Bone Mineral Density (DEXA)
- Hearing
- Body Fat Analysis
Registered Nurses will consult with every employee screened to explain their results as well as to educate on how to maintain or improve their health.
Health Education
Results from the Health Risk Appraisal and worksite screening are used to customize an educational program to target the specific health risks and interests of your employees.
