
The Ochsner Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Department is staffed by seven speech and language pathologists; they work to diagnose and treat developmental speech and language disorders in children, pediatric/adult feeding and voice disorders, velopharyngeal insufficiency and neurologic disorders of speech and language. They provide highly sophisticated care and treatment to both children and adults and represent one of several specialized sections within the department.
