Ideal protein dietitians, nurse practitioner and health coaches provide overview of the program structure, meal plan phases and product sampling once a month at Ochsner Health Center – Baton Rouge, Summa Clinic. Ochsner's weight loss support group meetings offer resources and tools to enhance your weight loss journey. Clients enrolled in Ochsner's Diabetes, Ideal Protein or Bariatric Programs as well as those interested in learning more about Ochsner's weight loss services are welcome to attend. Topics are selected for each meeting and may include staying motivated, goal setting, meal planning, healthy holidays, dining out, food preparation and physical activity.
