How to Link a MyOchsner Account with a Withings Account

 

Issue: Blood Pressure measurements appear in the Withings application on your phone, but are not being sent to the Ochsner medical record.
Solution: Un-Link & Re-Link Withings Account to MyOchsner

Steps to Follow:

1.      Log into MyOchsner Account
2.      Click “My Medical Record”, then “Track My Health”
3.      Click “Manage Accounts”
4.      Click “Unlink” next to Blood Pressure in the Withings section.
5.      Click “Link”
6.      Click “Sync Now”
